How would you answer the question?
My buddy Joanie Balonie posted this on Facebook today:
It takes a while to get going, but once it does, I found it both moving and thought-provoking.
I would answer as many of those who were interviewed answered: I don’t have one.
I lived as I needed to in order to become the person I am now.
I learned from the things that I’ve done. If I did them differently, I might not have learned the lessons my mistakes taught me.
Plus, the biggest lesson I learned was from my mom when she was very sick — Don’t postpone your joy!
I’ve pretty much always lived that way, but having her put it into words has made it something that is now written on my heart.
So, how would YOU answer the question?

Of course… if I could have done one thing without risking the outcome of my life, I would’ve lost weight when I was a teenager, and not waited until I was in my 40′s to try and tackle the problem.
I don’t think I can come up with an answer. I can’t help but think that if I did things differently, I wouldn’t have ended up with the life I have. Maybe, I wish that I had learned to eat better while I was younger?
